1. Exchanges and Returns due to Regret or Withdrawal

1.1. Term: The consumer has the right to regret the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, as provided for in article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code.

1.2. Procedure: The customer must communicate their intention to return the product through the contact channels indicated on the website. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by the invoice and other accessories.

1.3. Return Costs: In the event of regret, the costs of sending the product back to the company are the responsibility of the consumer.

2. Exchanges and Returns due to Defects or Faults

2.3. Return Costs: In cases of defective products, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of Teixeira Pinto Química Industrial LTDA.

3. Refund

3.1. Deadline: The refund will be made within 30 (thirty) days after the company receives the returned product.

3.2. Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
