Through an innovative and patented process, the WWTP recovers up to 80% of the effluent volume. This recycling promotes a significant reduction in the final costs of the washer and has a positive impact on the environment, as it reduces the use of clean water and rationally disposes of the sludge separated from the water. The WWTP is efficient in removing suspended solids, oils and greases, reducing the surfactant content and controlling pH.
